Just a couple of quick pictures. I needed a dessert for church tonight and thought green would be a good idea, since tomorrow is St. Patricks day. So I made a
Watergate Cake. I've been making this cake since the '70's. Supposedly got it's name because Richard Nixon liked pistachios. No idea if that is true, but it makes a yummy cake. I added the colored coconut on top to boost the green factor and so no one could say they didn't know it had coconut in it. Also a picture of my new rose bush. Love the color.
